Merry Christmas

My Mom would always take a picture of me and my brothers in front of the Christmas tree, so this morning we did the same with Annabelle. She went straight for the red ornaments.

Annabelle is loving the toy car she got for Christmas. We went for a walk down the block, and she was bouncing up and down the whole time.


And when it's too dark outside, you can always take a spin around the house.

Christmas Eve we had a delicious meal at Karen and JR's. Annabelle was excited to get to play with Evan and Elia.

Christmas in the Park

Tonight we went to Christmas in the Park in downtown San Jose with the Sudres, a fun tradition we've been doing the last few years. Last year Annabelle was only two months old, and slept through the whole thing. Tonight she had fun looking at all the lights and people, although she did end up falling asleep when we stopped halfway through to listen to the brass band (pretty unusual for her, but she's been low on sleep because she's teething).

One of Annabelle's favorite things to do is to play with everything in the fridge while I put groceries away (hence the peanut butter ending up in the meat drawer).

These were taken a couple of weeks ago when we had a warm spell. Lately it's been too cold and rainy to play outside.
