egg hunt

For the better part of a year, Annabelle has been spending Friday mornings at Bill and Pat's, down the street. She always has a lot of fun with them. For Easter they had an egg hunt for her. Each egg had a letter from her name. I think she carried her basket of eggs everywhere with her for the next week.




In this last one, she was excited to find an 'E' (one of her favorite letters) in one egg.

Somewhere around the beginning of the year, Annabelle started becoming interested in letters. First she called them all either 'O' or 'S'. She's learned all of them now, except she still has trouble with 'N' and 'W'. It makes going places like the grocery store more entertaining because she likes to 'read' aloud all the letters she sees.
